The Polish Competition Authority (DKK) issued Decision No DKK-95/2026 on April 15, 2026, approving the merger between Inter Parts sp. z o.o. and Auto-Euro S.A. The decision follows an antitrust investigation initiated at the request of Inter Parts.

Inter Parts, based in Stawiguda, will acquire control over Auto-Euro, located in Lublin. The authority determined that the merger does not raise any competition concerns and therefore did not require any remedies or further investigation.

Notably, the decision was made without a detailed justification, as it fully aligned with the requests of the parties involved and did not address any contentious interests. The authority also clarified the process for appealing the decision, which can be done through the District Court in Warsaw within one month of notification.
