The AdC has conducted an analysis on competition and Generative AI and has released an Issues Paper highlighting the potential risks. Generative AI has the potential to bring innovation and contribute to the economy, but companies that control the necessary resources may exploit market bottlenecks and distort competition. The AdC will closely monitor developments in AI and intervene if the identified risks materialize.
