Greek Competition Authority Hosts Law Students

On February 25, 2026, the Greek Competition Authority hosted students from the postgraduate program in Commercial Law, specializing in 'Intangible Goods and Competition Law' from the Law School of Athens.
The students were accompanied by professors from the university, including Dimitris Tzouganatos, Alexandra Mikroulea, Efi Kinini, Ilias Soufleros, and Emmanouil Mastro-manolis.
During the visit, presentations were made about the organization and work of the Competition Authority by Vice President Chara Nikolopoulou and General Director Athanasia Gavala. Konstantina Skandali, Head of the Legal Department, also discussed the burden of proof in competition cases.
The visit is part of the initiative to connect the academic community with the Competition Authority, supported by a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Law School and the Authority, and aims to enhance collaboration with universities across Greece.
