The Slovenian Competition Agency has issued a decision regarding the acquisition of control of Biotera, a company dealing with organic waste management, by Panvita Ekoteh, an energy production and services company.
The agency has determined that this concentration does not fall under the provisions of the Slovenian Prevention of Monopoly Act (ZPOmK-2).
