The Slovenian Competition Agency has given its approval to the merger between Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Europe SAS, based in France, and Glass Service GS s.r.o., based in the Czech Republic. The agency has stated that the merger does not raise any competition concerns and is in line with the applicable rules.
