The Slovenian Competition Authority has made a significant decision regarding the acquisition of exclusive control by Diagnostični center Vila Bogatin d.o.o. over two other companies: MDT & T podjetje za medicinsko diagnostiko, terapijo in tehnologijo d.o.o. and Medilab radiološki diagnostični center d.o.o.

After reviewing the merger, the authority concluded that the acquisition does not pose any competition concerns and is in line with the established competition rules. This decision allows Diagnostični center Vila Bogatin to expand its operations and influence in the medical diagnostics sector.
