The Slovenian competition authority, known as AVK, issued a decision on September 2, 2026, stating that it does not oppose the acquisition of exclusive control by Fortenova Grupa d. d. over TC III MS.
Fortenova Grupa, based in Zagreb, Croatia, will gain control over TC III MS, a company engaged in real estate trading located in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The authority concluded that this concentration is in line with competition rules, allowing the transaction to proceed without any objections.
