The World Investor Week officially opens on October 2, 2026, with an event titled 'Ring the Bell for Financial Literacy' taking place at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This event will feature lectures on investment fraud, safe financial service usage, and consumer rights, along with a quiz offering prizes.
This year's themes include investor resilience, digital fraud, and warnings against scams. The event is organized by IOSCO, with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority coordinating locally, while UOKiK acts as a partner for this edition.
