The CNMC has fined Luminora Solar Doce, S.L. for abusing its dominant position as the Interlocutor Único de Nudo (IUN) by prioritizing the access of its own renewable energy facilities to the grid over a competitor. Luminora failed to process the competitor's access requests, resulting in a violation of the Law on Defense of Competition. This conduct is similar to a previous case involving Enel Green Power España, which was also fined for the same behavior. The CNMC's investigation was initiated based on a conflict of access resolution, and Luminora's abusive conduct resulted in a fine of €384,672.
