The Polish competition authority is inviting lawyers representing businesses to participate in upcoming workshops focused on merger control.

The event will take place on October 14, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the UOKiK headquarters in Warsaw, with an option for online participation.

During the workshop, common mistakes and deficiencies in submitted merger applications will be discussed. According to UOKiK's experience, these issues are often a primary cause of prolonged proceedings.
