Alma Vilma Gūtmane was recognized as the winner of the competition, with Beāte Kržanoviča securing a traineeship at the Competition Council.

This year, five works were submitted, covering topics such as the effectiveness of leniency programs, cartel characteristics in procurement, and the concept of company and market participant in competition law.
