The Slovenian competition authority, known as AVK, issued a decision on July 27, 2026, regarding the merger between MS INVEST and AUDAX MI.

In its ruling, AVK stated that it does not oppose the concentration of these two companies, confirming that the merger aligns with competition regulations.

MS INVEST is an investment company based in Ljubljana, while AUDAX MI specializes in medical informatics, also located in the same city.
