The Czech Office for the Protection of Competition has granted approval for the merger between Projekt ACQ 25 s.r.o. and Anděl Investment Praha s.r.o. This acquisition will enable Projekt ACQ 25 to gain exclusive control over Anděl Investment Praha.

The merger occurs within the sectors of accommodation services, hospitality, and real estate rental. Projekt ACQ 25 is an acquisition entity established specifically for this takeover and is part of the CIMEX Group, which is involved in the management, rental, and sale of real estate.

Anděl Investment Praha operates the four-star Andel’s Hotel Prague, providing accommodation, dining, and conference services to both domestic and international clients.

The transaction was assessed under a simplified procedure, and the Czech competition authority concluded that the merger would not significantly disrupt competition in the market. The decision is final.
