The Czech competition authority, ÚOHS, has granted approval for entrepreneur J. T. to purchase the remaining shares of Pozemkový Holding from his business partner L. Š. This acquisition will enable J. T. to gain exclusive control over the company.

With this change, Pozemkový Holding will maintain direct or indirect control over several companies, including SYLAN s.r.o., Agro Vítějeves s.r.o., and others involved in agricultural production and catering services in the Pardubice region.

Additionally, J. T. operates in the Czech Republic through DK Holding Investments, s.r.o., focusing on energy production, distribution, and consulting services in the energy sector.

The ÚOHS processed this case through a simplified procedure, concluding that the merger would not significantly disrupt competition in the market.
