The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) issued Decision No DKK-308/2025 on December 19, 2025, approving the merger between Michael/Ström Investment Funds S.A. and Michael/Ström Corporate Bonds Fund. This decision follows an antitrust investigation initiated at the request of Michael/Ström Investment Funds.
The authority determined that the merger would not raise any competition concerns and therefore did not require any remedies or further investigation.
