On 15 April 2026, the ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation to The Uniting Church in Australia National Assembly (UCANA). This enables UCANA and the other participants to make and give effect to the Uniting Church in Australia National Insurance Program Co-Operation Agreement.



The ACCC considers that the conduct is likely to result in a public benefit that would outweigh any likely public detriment.



The ACCC has decided to grant authorisation for 6 years.
