The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) has issued Decision No DKK-285/2025 on December 2, 2025, approving the merger between Turbo EMEA Holdings B.V. and Grant Thornton Polska P.S.A. This decision follows a request from Turbo EMEA and does not involve any contentious issues or disputes.

The merger allows Turbo EMEA Holdings, based in Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands, to acquire control over Grant Thornton Polska and its subsidiary Grant Thornton Frąckowiak, both located in Poznań, Poland. The authority has opted not to provide a detailed justification for the decision, as it fully aligns with the request made by the parties involved.

As per Polish law, the decision can be appealed to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of its delivery. The appeal process is subject to a fixed fee of 1,000 PLN, although exemptions may be granted based on financial need.
