This event was organized by the Luxembourg Association for the Study of Competition Law in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce.

During the conference, Charlotte Emin, a legal advisor at the European Court of Justice, discussed why competition authorities are closely monitoring the development of artificial intelligence solutions. She emphasized the potential impact of these technologies on existing and future business agreements and mergers in the sector.
